What if I don't receive my shipping order?

If you do not receive your shipped order within 15 days of purchase, reach out to tracey@melmarieskincare

If the package is delayed by the USPS, we will wait to see where it ends up and proceed from there.

If the package is lost, or is found to be the fault of the USPS or MelMarie Skincare, it will be replaced free of charge to the person who placed the order. 

If the order is not delivered due to fault of the purchaser (i.e input the wrong shipping address) a $9.95 fee will be charged to the purchaser if they want it re-shipped. The purchaser will also have the option to pick the order up if they are local.


How long will my order take to ship?

We try our hardest to have shipped orders go out within 1-2 days that the order is placed. Depending on how busy we are at the time, it may be the same day the order is placed. It is our goal to get the order to you as quickly as possible. 

Please Note: Melmarie Skincare holds no responsibility for an item once it is marked as delivered. Our package tracking is our only way of verifying if an order was received, therefore once a package is marked delivered we have no control of it beyond that.

 

Can I cancel an order after I place it?

Yes. If you need an order canceled, you can reach out to tracey@melmarieskincare.com. We can cancel / refund orders if needed. 

If it is a shipping order, and the order has already been packed and set out for shipping or shipped out already, you will charged 15% of the order value as a handling and restocking fee.

If it is a local pickup order, and the order is already bagged up and at the store, you will be charged 15% of the order value as a handling and restocking fee.

 


    When and where can I pick up my online order if I choose local pickup?

    You can pick orders up here during any store open hours - on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12p.m. to 7p.m. and Saturdays from 9a.m. to 2p.m. 


     You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will only be sat out AFTER you have received the email.

    What are the store hours?

    The store is open every Tuesday & Thursday from 12p.m. to 7p.m. and every Saturday from 9a.m. to 2p.m.


    What if my order has arrived and it’s not correct?

    Please email as soon as you can, and we will do our best to make it right ASAP!  Email: tracey@melmarieskincare.com


    Do you offer returns?

    No, because of the nature of our products we do not offer returns. If you are having problems with a product, email us at tracey@melmarieskincare.com and we will do our best to make things right.


    Is there a “use by” date for the products?

    While our skincare products are made for the longest shelf life we can, products made with natural ingredients will not last as long as those filled with chemicals. Please use products within a year of purchase. If you notice an “old crayon” smell (this is an oil that is past its shelf life), please discard.
