Refund policy

We are sorry, but due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. If there is something wrong with your product you have received we will gladly assist you.  Please email us at tracey@melmarieskincare.com for further assistance.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, but we can offer a store credit in certain situations. Once again, please reach out to tracey@melmarieskincare.com for further assistance. 

If you need to cancel an order, you will charged 15% of the order value as a handling and restocking fee.
