Shipping
While we try to ship within 1 business day, please be aware at certain times this can extend to 2-4 business days for shipping.
If you do not receive your shipped order within 15 days of purchase, reach out to tracey@melmarieskincare
If the package is delayed by the USPS, we will wait to see where it ends up and proceed from there.
If the package is lost, or is found to be the fault of the USPS or MelMarie Skincare, it will be replaced free of charge to the person who placed the order.
If the order is not delivered due to fault of the purchaser (i.e input the wrong shipping address) a $9.95 fee will be charged to the purchaser if they want it re-shipped. The purchaser will also have the option to pick the order up if they are local.
If you need to cancel an order, you will charged 15% of the order value as a handling and restocking fee.
Pick-Up
All pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days of pickup alert notification, or they will be restocked onto our shelves without refund to the customer.
