Simply rub a small amount in wherever you experience pain
Avoid face and especially eye area. Do not use on broken skin.

This product uses an airless pump—no straw needed! Instead, a plate at the bottom rises to push every last drop up (yay for no waste!).
Before first use, it needs to be primed. That just means you’ll need to pump a few times to get it going. Totally normal!
A few quick tips if it’s being stubborn:
- Turn it upside down and tap it firmly into your hand
- Cover the hole on the bottom while pumping
- Use a clean pin to gently push up through the hole underneath to get the plate moving
Once it’s primed, you’re good to go!
